Causes and Solutions of Power System Faults of Electric Pallet Vehicles

After all, today's social development is not as slow as the economic development in the past. If the work efficiency is too slow now, many customers may be lost.

It is inevitable for electric pallet trucks to fail after long-term use. The main manifestation is the failure of the power system. The common power system failures are mainly reflected in the failure to charge, the charging voltage is too low and the charging voltage is too high.

1. The charging voltage is too low

Symptom: When the engine is working, the charging indicator light flashes or the ammeter swings up and down at zero. Use the DC voltage range of the multimeter to measure the voltage value at both ends of the battery or generator. If it is lower than the standard value, it indicates that the charging voltage is too low.

Cause of failure: The rated voltage of the regulator is unbalanced or faulty, the transmission belt is too loose, and the internal motor stator, rectifier, rotor and other components of the generator are faulty.

2. The charging voltage is too high

Fault phenomenon: The light bulb is easy to burn out during the working process of the electric truck engine, and the battery electrolyte is consumed too quickly. Use the DC voltage range of the multimeter to measure the voltage value at both ends of the battery or generator. If it is higher than the standard value, it indicates that the charging voltage is too high.

Cause of failure: The rated voltage of the regulator is unbalanced or faulty

3. Not charging

Symptoms of failure: When the engine of the electric pallet truck is working normally, the charging indicator light is on or the ammeter indicates a negative value direction, indicating that the generator does not generate electricity and the battery does not charge.

Cause of failure: generator failure, regulator failure or electrical circuit failure, etc.
