The methods to solve these failures are: cleaning the commutator, adjusting the brake clearance, checking and cleaning and refilling the lubricating oil, clearing the card group and replacing the motor.

Excessive wear on gear pump and pump body

Excessive wear of the gear pump and pump body of the electric stacker, and improper high pressure of the relief valve without the reversing valve will cause the lifting force to be weak or unable to lift. The gear pump needs to be replaced, and the improper high pressure can be readjusted. In addition, oil leakage in the oil pressure pipeline, excessive hydraulic oil temperature, jamming of the gantry carriage, and low motor speed are also the reasons for the inability to lift or fail to electric pallet lift truck. The solution is to check the repair of the oil pressure pipeline. Where the oil leaks, replace the unqualified hydraulic oil and check the cause of the oil temperature rise, adjust the gantry carriage and check the motor fault and eliminate it.

The reasons why the stacker gantry is difficult to automatically tilt or the action is not smooth enough are: failure of the valve stem spring in the reversing valve; excessive wear on the wall of the tilting cylinder and the sealing ring; excessive accumulation of dirt in the tilting cylinder or the seal is too tight; piston stuck Bending the cylinder wall or piston rod. The solution is to replace the new spring immediately if the spring fails; the seal ring should be replaced immediately if it is seriously worn, and the oil cylinder needs to be replaced if the oil cylinder is also seriously worn; the dirt in the oil cylinder should be cleaned and cleaned. If the wearing parts of the piston are damaged, they should be replaced immediately.

The pressure of the oil pump is insufficient, and the lifting speed is obviously slowed down

The oil pump pressure is insufficient or the speed is too slow because the sealing ring in the pump cover groove is damaged or the gear is seriously worn; the speed of the oil pump motor is reduced and the pipeline is blocked by foreign objects. To fix these faults, replace damaged seals or gears. If the speed of the oil pump motor decreases, the position of the carbon brush may be incorrect or it may be carbon deposition between the sheets, so you only need to clear or adjust the position of the carbon brush;

The circuit is not functioning properly

The abnormal operation of the circuit may be caused by damage to the micro switch in the electrical box or improper adjustment of the position.
