Common faults of manual oil drum truck

1. The lifting speed of the main hydraulic cylinder is slow, weak or inactive

(1) The oil level in the fuel tank is too low, or the oil filter in the fuel tank is clogged so that the oil absorption is insufficient. At the same time, there will be vibration and abnormal noise, resulting in insufficient lift of the hydraulic cylinder. Add hydraulic oil, clean the oil filter thoroughly and keep the oil clean.

(2) The system uses a 80-type double gear pump. Long-term work will cause internal wear and leakage of the pump, and the flow rate will not meet 90% of the requirements. The seal should be ground and repaired or replaced.

(3) When replacing the hydraulic pump, the oil suction port is mistaken for the oil discharge port, the hydraulic pump is reversed, and the pressure is insufficient, which should be corrected in time. In addition, when maintaining the hydraulic system, the hydraulic pump is disassembled to let the internal oil flow out. Before assembly, the same hydraulic oil must be injected into the pump and the pump body must be turned continuously to fill it up, otherwise the hydraulic pump will be burned.

(4) The oil inlet pipe is not well sealed, and it is easy to be sucked and flattened due to aging and deformation. Tighten or replace high-quality pipes in time.

(5) The opening pressure of the safety valve is too low (<15.5MPa), the main safety valve cannot be adjusted blindly, the safety pressure valve must be disassembled, and check whether the spring in the pilot cone valve is broken, whether the main oil valve is stuck, whether the conical oil inlet valve is flexible, and whether the damping hole is blocked. If there are no problems, adjust the opening pressure of the safety valve. The method is: install a pressure gauge on the system, add a load of 120% of the rated load, and adjust the overflow valve in the multi-way reversing valve. When the cargo is lifted to the point where it seems to be lifted, the pressure should be 16.0MPa. Otherwise, one of the reversing valves should be reversed, the unloading port of the relief valve should be cut off, and it should be in working condition, and then the adjusting screw should be rotated until the required pressure value is reached.

(6) In the multi-way reversing valve, the aging, deformation or wear of the O-ring, and the wear of the valve stem will cause it to leak; if the valve core and valve sleeve are severely worn, it will also cause internal leakage and should be replaced. If conditions permit, the surface of the valve core can also be chrome-plated, and then ground with the valve sleeve to make the matching gap reach 6-12?m.

(7) The piston seal ring and oil seal of the main hydraulic cylinder are damaged and cause internal leakage. Lower the main hydraulic cylinder to the bottom, remove the oil return pipe, and lift the main hydraulic cylinder. If a large amount of working oil leaks out, the piston seal should be replaced.

2. The operation is heavy or not in place

The operation is heavy, which is usually caused by the card issue or damage of the connecting mechanism. It should be found out, adjusted and repaired. If the joystick does not return, it is generally because the return spring is broken or the connection falls off. The spring should be replaced and the connection mechanism should be adjusted. If the joystick is not in place, it should be checked and adjusted.
