The electric pallet truck charger is equipped with an intelligent charger. After the battery is fully charged, the charger will automatically power off, and there will be no problems such as explosion when the electric pallet truck is charged for a long time. Park to the charging area, turn off the red emergency stop switch and key switch, and open the battery box cover. Keep the heat dissipation smooth while charging. The electric pallet truck manufacturer reminds us to check whether the electrolyte is normal at the same time (it is normal when the red buoy exposes the white part 1cm, add distilled water in time if it is not enough). Connect the connector of the battery to the connector of the motor. The plug-in is opened. Connect the connector of the battery to the connector of the charger.

Pay special attention to maintaining good ventilation when charging the electric pallet jack, especially when charging in an enclosed area! During the charging process, it is strictly forbidden to smoke or use open flames. Hydrogen and oxygen are generated in the battery. When encountering open flames, electric sparks, etc., it will cause an explosion! The battery electrolyte contains dilute sulfuric acid, which is corrosive. If splashed on the skin, wash with water and soap as soon as possible. If it splashes into eyes, please contact a doctor and wash eyes with clean water. When checking the battery, you should wear protective glasses and gloves. The electric truck manufacturer warmly tells you to protect your own safety when charging, and don't be too anxious and eager.

The battery of the electric pallet truck is a lead-acid battery. It takes about 8 hours to fully charge the battery, and it takes about 4-5 hours to operate at full load after being fully charged.
