Next, I will tell you about the maintenance points of electric pallet trucks, and I hope it can be helpful to everyone.

1. Multi-directional debugging of the whole vehicle, check whether there is any hidden trouble in the electrical control circuit, whether there is any damage to the electrical connection line, and if there is any, it should be eliminated on the spot;

2. Adjust the front and rear brakes to ensure that the brakes are flexible and reliable;

3. Whether the steering of the handlebar is reliable, and whether there is a phenomenon that the handlebar and the front fork slide against each other;

4. Check whether the rear axle gearbox has oil leakage, whether the gasket is damaged, or lacks lubricating oil, etc., replace the gasket in time, and replenish lubricating oil. Lubricating oil is added to the motor sprocket and chain regularly. If the wear is serious, it should be replaced in time to avoid affecting the use.

5. Tighten the bolts of the whole vehicle regularly to check whether there is looseness or falling off, and apply anti-rust liquid appropriately to avoid the difficulty of later maintenance caused by the rust of the screws.

6. The whole vehicle is cleaned and wiped clean;

7. The most important thing is to check the battery to see if the battery is fixed on the car, whether there is any bump on the surface of the shell, whether the cable is connected reliably, and whether there is dust in the vent hole;

Check the charging status and quality status through the electric eye on the battery. Green means qualified, black means power loss, and white means the battery is damaged and needs to be replaced.

The storage battery should not be stored at a loss of power. When the battery is not in use, it should be charged once a month, which can prolong the service life of the battery. If the vehicle is not used for a long time or the charging system is faulty, when the battery load voltage is lower than 10V and the no-load voltage is lower than 12.4V, it must be recharged.
