Electric stacker is the concern of many companies, but the price of electric stacker is more concerned by people; there are many brands of electric stacker, and the price of electric stacker is also very different.

1. Electric stacker semi-electric and full-electric

1. Electric stacker is divided into electric stacker and semi-electric stacker, semi-electric electric lifting, human-powered walking,

The full electric stacker walks and lifts the electric stacker with different models, and the price of the electric stacker is also different

2. Electric stacker AC and DC

AC motor

It is a machine used to realize the mutual conversion of mechanical energy and alternating current energy. Due to the tremendous development of AC power systems, AC motors have become the most commonly used motors. Compared with the DC motor, the AC motor has no commutator (see the commutation of the DC motor), so the structure is simple, the manufacture is convenient, and it is relatively strong. It is easy to make a high-speed, high-voltage, high-current, and large-capacity motor. AC motor power covers a large range, from a few watts to hundreds of thousands of kilowatts, or even millions of kilowatts. In the early 1980s, the largest turbogenerator reached 1.5 million kilowatts.

DC

A rotary motor whose output or input is defined as direct current energy is called a direct current motor, which is a motor that can realize mutual conversion of direct current electric energy and mechanical energy. When it operates as a motor, it is a DC motor, which converts electrical energy into mechanical energy; when it operates as a generator, it is a DC generator, which converts mechanical energy into electrical energy

The AC motor does not need a reversing contactor (forward and reverse reversing), saving components. More importantly, the AC motor has no carbon brushes and commutators, not only the size of the motor is lighter and smaller, the running speed is increased, but also the trouble of regular inspection and replacement of carbon brushes is completely eliminated. The biggest benefit brought about by this is: the motor of the electric stacker almost does not need maintenance for life, which greatly enhances the reliability and stability of the electric stacker; at the same time, there is no need to consider reserve motor maintenance in the design of the electric stacker space, and even the motor can be sealed to make the structure design of the electric stacker more compact.

Electric stackers choose different motors, and the prices of electric stackers are also different.

3. Mechanical steering and electric steering of electric stacker

The mechanical steering system uses human physical strength as the steering energy and does not require an electrical control system. The hydraulic power steering system (HPS) is a steering system composed of a steering booster (electric motor, oil pump, etc.) on the basis of a mechanical steering system.

Electronic steering actually does not use hydraulic drive but relies on electronic induction to control the motor, and the electric motor assists in steering. This kind of steering is now widely used in Japanese forklifts. It is called EPS steering. It has a special EPS steering control panel. The steering under the steering wheel The steering wheel is not hydraulic as before, but an electronic sensor, which will adjust the rotation of the steering motor according to the angle of your steering wheel. The advantage of this steering is that it is fast, clean, and does not take up space. With the function of electric automatic reset, the angle of the wheel will be automatically reset to straight every time you stop or unlock the electric lock. The price of the electric stacker is also different if you choose an electric stacker with different configurations.
