1. Features

(1) The semi-electric stacker is easy to operate and has low requirements on the width of the aisle.

(2) It has a wide range of use, and the semi-electric stacker manufacturer believes that it can be used for operations that only require a small range of movement, such as loading and unloading, warehouse stacking, and high-altitude reclaiming.

(3) It is laborious to move. Generally, if the tonnage is large when moving, it needs two people to push and pull together to move.

(4) It is not suitable for goods with a load of more than 1.2 tons and the load-bearing capacity varies greatly with the height.

2. Structure

The semi-electric stacker is mainly composed of a handle, a control handle, a steering handle, a brake, a gantry, a fork, and a large wheel.

3. Operation process

(1) Hold the handle of the semi-electric stacker with both hands and push it forward, and adjust the direction through the steering handle, align the shelf tray position, and push the stacker forward.

(2) Stop the semi-electric stacker when it is about 30cm away from the shelf, step on the brake, push the control handle forward, and adjust the height of the fork to the pallet position.

(3) Hold the handle of the semi-electric stacker with both hands, release the brake and push it forward, the fork is aligned with the pallet position and inserted into the pallet slot.

(4) Depress the brake and push the control handle forward. Raise the forks and pick up the pallet.

(5) Release the brake, pull the stacker back out of the shelf, pull the control handle back, and lower the fork height to no more than 30cm from the ground.

(6) Carry the pallet to the tally area, step on the foot brake, lower the fork to pull out the semi-electric stacker.

(7) Park the semi-electric stacker in the designated equipment storage area.
