Stacker safety operating procedures:

1. The stacker can be used after inspection before use.

2. The operator is not allowed to drive overweight, overheight, or overspeed, and it is forbidden to brake suddenly and turn sharply.

3. The safety devices of the vehicle must be complete and intact, each component is sensitive and effective, and the technical performance is good. It is strictly forbidden to drive the vehicle with a disease.

4. Maintain the standard driving state. When the fork is off the ground, the fork is 10-20 cm away from the ground, and it is lowered to about the ground when it stops; when driving on a slope, its weight should be appropriately reduced, and the driving speed should be reduced. When going downhill, the car is in front and the person is behind; when going uphill, the person is in front and the car is behind. When the stacker is running, if the electric controller is out of control, press the emergency stop to disconnect the main power supply in time.

5. The load should not exceed the specified value during handling. The forks must be inserted under the goods, and the goods should be evenly placed on the forks. It is not allowed to pick objects with a single fork

6. Driving and lifting cannot be carried out at the same time.

7. When driving, pay attention to pedestrians, obstacles and potholes on the road; no one is allowed to stand on the fork, no one is allowed on the car, and the 1m/3m safety management regulations are strictly implemented.

8. When stacking, it is strictly forbidden for people to stand or walk under the forks. When the stacker is lifting, the operator must wear personal protective equipment such as safety helmets and safety shoes. Unfixed or loosely stacked goods are not allowed to be moved, and larger-sized goods should be handled carefully; the maximum load of the stacker must not be exceeded when exercising.

9. When stacking, it should be carried out in a vertical position. When stacking on ramps or potholes, attention should be paid to maintaining the balance and firmness of the goods, and ensuring the braking and braking performance of the stacker. The operator pays attention to keep a distance from the cargo.

10. Do not charge the stacker until the forklift is unable to move. This will shorten the life of the battery. The battery has high voltage and energy. Do not let tools approach the poles of the battery to avoid sparks or short circuits.
