What are the precautions for cross-operation of aerial work platforms

There are often three-dimensional interspersed operations on the construction site. Therefore, all high-altitude operations that are carried out together in a spatially connected state at different levels are classified as interspersed operations. It is very easy to cause falling objects to hurt people during the up and down three-dimensional interleaving operation. Therefore, between the upper and lower levels, the upper level is often used as the structure, and the base level is used for decoration. Structural construction often involves heavy objects being hoisted, stacked or transported. For decoration, there are often people operating or walking around, and sometimes it is appropriate and frequent. Therefore, there must be a horizontal safety barrier interval in the front, rear, left and right directions. This interval should be greater than the possible drop radius. If this safety interval cannot be reached, a protective layer that can prevent falling objects from hurting people below should be installed. The safety measures for the various types of work involved in the interleaving operation mainly include the following items: ① When the upper and lower three-dimensional interleaving constructions are carried out together with supporting molds, stucco, and barriers, it is not allowed to operate in the same straight direction at any time and occasion. The horizontal interval of the upper and lower operation interval should be greater than the possible drop radius of the upper level. When setting up a safety barrier, its ability to avoid penetration should not be less than that of the safety flat net. ② When removing the steel formwork, scaffolding, etc., there must be no other operators below. After the steel formwork components are removed, the temporary accumulation place should not be less than 1m from the edge of the floor, and the accumulation height should not exceed 1m. It is forbidden to accumulate any dismantled objects at floor edges, passage openings, and scaffold edges. ③ From the second floor of the structure construction, all passages for personnel entry and exit (including the entry and exit passages of derricks and construction elevators) should be set up with safety barriers or protective sheds. For interleaving operations with a height of more than 24m, double-layer protection shall be provided. ④ As there is a possibility that objects may fall from the passage opening and the feeding opening, or their orientation is within the gyration radius of the crane, a maintenance shed with the top to avoid penetration should be erected within the affected area.
