1. Load and height

The load of the goods determines the tonnage of the stacker. If the other party often carries 1 ton of goods, it is recommended to choose a 1 ton model. Even if the load is less than 1 ton, it should be purchased according to the load of 1 ton. Many people think that it is easy to choose the height time of the semi-electric stacker, but it is not. The height we refer to here is the closing height and lifting height of the stacking door frame. When choosing the height, the working environment should be considered, such as the height of the elevator and safety door, and the lifting height of the fork is based on the loading of the goods.

2. Channel width

What is the channel width? This is also an important factor to consider when choosing a semi-electric stacker. If it is a normal aisle, general stackers can be used; if it is a narrow aisle, there are two options: one is when the customer’s goods are small, you can customize a side-stand stacker, change the direction of the handle, Pick up goods from the side, but the price of this kind is relatively higher; the other is to choose a three-way stacker, the main channel is required to be 3.6m wide, the secondary channel is 1.6m, equipped with 1*1.2m pallets, and the shelf height is 160 ~200mm, the price is high, and it cannot go uphill.

3. Pallet type

If you use a single-sided pallet, you can choose an outrigger-type stacker, which is short and light, and the price is cheap; for customers who choose double-sided pallets, we recommend that you choose no front outriggers, the fork is suspended, and the whole vehicle is attached to the rear seat of the vehicle body to add counterweights. If it is pressed down, this kind of balance is better, the whole vehicle is heavy, the body is long, and the price is relatively high. However, this requires specific analysis of specific issues.

4. The relationship between load and lifting height

When the lifting height of the semi-electric stacker is less than 3.3m, the load is the rated load, and overloading is strictly prohibited; when the lifting height of the stacker is greater than 3.3m, the load is less than the rated load. When the lifting height of the fork exceeds 500mm, it must be driven at a low speed, and the continuous walking distance shall not exceed 2m.
