2. Charging method and precautions: Before preparing to charge, make sure that the battery has no rupture or electrolyte overflow. There should be no metal objects around the battery. The voltage and current should be within the allowable process specifications, and no overload should be allowed. It is advisable to charge and discharge first, charge about 80% of the power first, and then start the discharge operation.

Do not wait until all the power is used up before charging. Usually, you can consider charging the battery when it is used about 30% at a time. Do not use the charged battery immediately. The gas should be dissipated for 1-2 hours before the battery cover is closed to prevent the gas from bursting the battery. There shall be no accumulation of inflammable and explosive materials around the charging area, and corresponding fire-fighting equipment shall be provided. It should be reminded that the charging circuit and the chopper are completely separated before charging, so as not to damage the chopper due to overvoltage.
