In the national standard, a method for designing the size of standard corrugated boxes according to the size specifications of the standard pallet has been given. Standard corrugated cartons stipulate the maximum outer dimensions of the bottom plane of the corrugated cartons, that is, the length and width of the corrugated cartons. This size specification is the size obtained by dividing the size of the pallet used by the pallet container unit. It is mainly suitable for the cartons transported by the pallet container unit. package. General standard corrugated boxes are divided into two types, which are suitable for pallets and pallets, but standard corrugated boxes do not give the height dimensions of corrugated boxes. Therefore, as long as the height dimension that satisfies the stacking stability of corrugated boxes is desirable.   Therefore, in order to improve the utilization rate of the pallet surface, it is necessary to design a corrugated box suitable for pallet loading. In many cases, simply changing the direction and arrangement of the contents can greatly reduce the amount of cardboard, obtain a better pallet container form and storage and transportation efficiency, and improve stacking performance. The number of small packages in the outer packaging carton determines the type of arrangement of small packages, and each arrangement has 6 possible arrangement directions, so there are quite a few types of commodity packaging. The problem is how to choose several convenient and practical corrugated boxes from a large number of possible carton types and improve loading efficiency.   The stacking performance of packages refers to the ability of the cartons to protect the contents from being crushed when the corrugated boxes containing the products are stacked into a stack, so as to ensure the long-term stability and reliability of the stacking and the ability to withstand long-lasting pressure loads. Stacking performance refers to the stacking of the bottom carton, and the stacking strength refers to the load that the corrugated cartons stored in the warehouse bear just before the stacking collapses. If the safety factor is taken, it means stacking the load of the compressive strength of the empty carton on the bottom carton. In terms of factors affecting the stacking performance of corrugated boxes, the effect of carton shape on stacking bottom corrugated boxes is easy to be forgotten. The outer packaging corrugated boxes divided according to the standard pallet size are used to pack small packages: from the outside to the inside, in some domestic enterprises, each new product has a certain outer packaging container, but the existing optimized packaging is not considered The size of corrugated cartons has caused a large number of cartons of various shapes to be produced, which has brought problems to the standardization and mass production of cartons. These corrugated boxes of various shapes will inevitably complicate the optimization of pallet loading, resulting in a waste of optimized loading time and reduced pallet plane utilization.
