Common troubleshooting methods for all-electric pallet trucks

Symptoms and troubleshooting methods:

1. Trembling when lifting

1. There is air in the lifting cylinder, which can be solved by multiple loads and lifting method exhaust,

2. The hydraulic system leaks oil, repair and replace the oil seal and hydraulic cylinder.

2. Self-descent with load

1. There is oil leakage in the oil pipe or oil circuit joint, and the seal can be replaced.

2. Electromagnetic, manual reversing valves, check valves are stuck with dirt or the sealing ring is worn, resulting in internal leakage. Treatment method: Clean the valve group and replace the seals.

3. The lifting speed is too slow or cannot be lifted

1. The oil tank is short of oil, and hydraulic oil needs to be replenished or completely replaced.

2. The pressure of the overflow valve is insufficient, readjust.

3. The oil pump is excessively worn, resulting in internal leakage and needs to be replaced.

4. Electromagnetic, manual reversing valves, one-way valves, safety valves are worn or the seals are worn and aging, and need to be updated.

5. If the hydraulic oil temperature is too high for a long time, the hydraulic oil will deteriorate and its viscosity will drop, resulting in leakage. Replace the hydraulic oil.

4. The driving wheel makes abnormal noise when walking

1. The lubricating oil is mixed with hard debris, and the lubricating oil is updated

2. The bearing is excessively worn or damaged and needs to be replaced.

5. Brake failure

1. The control circuit is not disconnected, check the control system.

2. The brake friction lining is worn out, replace it.

6. Not moving at all

1. Check whether the electric door lock is open or broken.

2. Whether the battery is charged, the battery is low, and the battery should be replenished.

7. Cannot move forward or backward

1. The power of the battery is low, please replenish the power.

2. The walking control micro switch is loose, and the screw is tightened.

3. DC contactor failure, repair and replace.

4. The electric control board is damaged, repair and replace.

5. The drive motor is faulty, check and repair.

6. The brakes are locked, and the distance between the brake pads of the driving wheels is adjusted.

8. The battery life is short and cannot be charged

1. The battery electrolyte is insufficient, add distilled water or lead-acid water

2. The battery is aging, replace it with a new one.

3. The power socket is in bad contact, repair the contact surface.

4. The battery is seriously collapsed or damaged, replace the unified battery.

9. The charger does not work

1. There is no display on the charger, and the circuit breaker is blown

2. The power light of the charger is on, the internal capacitor breaker is open circuit or resistive circuit breaker, and the rectifier tube is damaged.
