1. Basic requirements for motor vehicle drivers and loading and unloading personnel 1. Basic requirements for motor vehicle drivers (1) When driving a vehicle, you must carry a driver's license and a driving license. (2) It is not allowed to drive a vehicle that does not match the driver's license. (3) The driver's cab must not be over-occupied. (4) It is strictly forbidden to drive a vehicle while drunk; no smoking, eating, chatting or other behaviors that hinder safe driving while driving. (5) Do not drive a vehicle when the body is over-fatigued or sickness hinders driving safety. 2. The basic requirements for the loading and unloading personnel on the vehicle (1) shall not exceed the number approved by the traffic safety department of the factory. (2) When carrying large and heavy cargo without leaning against the front and rear rails of the carriage, no people shall be allowed in front of and behind the cargo. (3) When the height of the load exceeds the railing of the carriage, no people are allowed on the cargo. (4) It is not allowed to sit on the railing of the carriage. (5) The vehicle is not allowed to get on or off before it has stopped. (6) Any part other than the carriage of a motor vehicle, or trailers of freight vehicles, trailers of tractors, battery trucks, crane trucks, tank trucks, flatbed trucks and special tire vehicles shall not carry people. 2. Basic requirements for loading and transporting flammable, explosive, highly toxic and other dangerous goods (1) Tank trucks carrying liquid and gaseous flammable and explosive materials must be connected to a grounded electrostatic chain. (2) Vehicles carrying liquefied gas should have sun protection measures. (3) When loading sodium chlorate, potassium chlorate, and first-class flammable liquids in iron drums, no iron floor vehicles are allowed. (4) Vehicles loaded with toxic drugs should be cleaned and disinfected after use. (5) Do not mix with other goods. (6) The load of flammable and explosive materials shall not exceed two-thirds of the cargo's load, and the stacking height shall not be higher than the vehicle fence. (7) The shipment of flammable, explosive and highly toxic items must be approved by the traffic safety management department and security department of the factory, and drive according to the designated route and time. (8) It must be driven by a driver with 50,000 kilometers and more than 3 years of safe driving experience, and a person who is familiar with the nature of dangerous goods and has safety protection knowledge should be appointed as an escort. 3. Basic safety requirements for motor vehicle driving 1. Speed u200bu200blimit requirements (1) When a motor vehicle runs on the main road in the factory with an unlimited speed sign, it shall not exceed 30 kilometers/hour, and other roads shall not exceed 20 kilometers/hour. (2) The speed limit requirements for motor vehicles in the following locations, road sections or special circumstances: ①At crossings, intersections, loading and unloading operations, dense pedestrian sections, downhills, places with warning signs, or turning or U-turning, When a freight truck carries dangerous goods such as inflammable and explosive, the maximum speed shall not exceed 15 km/h. ② When the visibility is within 30 meters on icy, snowy, and watery roads and bad weather, the maximum driving speed shall not exceed 10 km/h. 2. Safety requirements when motor vehicles pass through a crossing (1) Slow down in advance. (2) When passing a guarded crossing or an automatic signal crossing, 'one slow, two watch, three pass' should be done. (3) When crossing railings are lowered or when a stop signal occurs, they must stop outside the parking line one by one; if there is no parking line, they should stop 5 meters away from the outermost steel rail, and it is strictly forbidden to rush through the road. (4) When passing an unguarded level crossing, 'one slow, two look, three pass' should be achieved; if the sight distance condition is not good, it must be 'one stop, two see, three pass'. (5) When railway locomotives and vehicles occupy unguarded crossings, motor vehicles are not allowed to pass. (6) When a motor vehicle breaks down and is forced to stop at an unguarded crossing, the person accompanying the vehicle should immediately get off to a safe place. The driver should take emergency measures to set up protective signals and make the vehicle clear the crossing as soon as possible. (7) During periods when motor vehicles frequently pass unguarded crossings, the employing unit shall send personnel to temporarily guard them. (8) Motor vehicles are not allowed to run within 2 meters outside the rails of parallel railway loading and unloading lines.
