Battery Of Lithium Pallet Truck Maintenance

1. When the battery of the Lithium Pallet Truck is not in use, recharge it once in 3 months, and store it somewhere with good ventilation and moderate room temperature.

2. lf the battery gets low, charge it in time.

Wheel Check

1. Check regularly whether load wheels are stuck with any objects like threads etc.

2. Check whether any rust on the load wheels.

3. Check whether any mud is stuck inside the drive wheel.

4. Check the wearing condition of the drive wheel. Replace it in time.

Fasteners Check

1. Regularly check screws and pins.

2 Check whether any missing parts. If yes, apply new parts to avoid potential truck failure.

Lithium Pallet Truck Circuit Check

1. Regularly check whether the circuit has any damage hazards.

2. Check if any oil leakage

3. If something is abnormal, stop the work and report for timely repair.
