So what are the main aspects to choose a pallet with a pallet truck? First of all, we will consider the specifications and dimensions, such as combining the packaging size of the goods and the way they are placed on the pallet, the weight of the layer and so on. If the goods are stacked, we also need to consider factors such as the size of the shelf. Electric forklift manufacturers suggest that you choose the largest pallet size that can be stored according to the size of the warehouse shelf, and choose a pallet truck according to the size of the warehouse shelf and pallet. When the battery truck is used with the pallet, it not only depends on the load range of the truck, but also depends on the load of the pallet. The pallets used by our customers include iron pallets, wooden pallets, and plastic pallets. Common large storage companies often use plastic pallets, and plastic pallets can be divided into double-sided pallets and single-sided pallets. The difference in material, thickness and size of the pallet determines the difference in load.

Considering the problem of single and double sides, the selection should be determined according to the loading and unloading equipment and storage conditions. Under normal circumstances, the battery handling vehicle uses a single-sided pallet, that is, a nine-legged and a Sichuan-shaped pallet. Double-sided trays, that is, matt trays, cannot be used.

In terms of the firmness of the pallet, the nine-leg and Chuan-shaped pallets recommended by electric forklift manufacturers are both acceptable. They are made of polyethylene materials and are integrally formed. Stable and durable enough. Co-polypropylene is generally used for double-sided trays, which cannot be molded at one time. It can only be welded later.
