When changing the seal, air enters the hydraulic system, puts the joystick in the lowest position, and cranks the handle repeatedly. Use electric lube or grease to lubricate moving parts. In addition, pay attention to daily inspection and maintenance. An inspection of the handling truck minimizes wear, especially on wheels, axles, forklifts. Once complete, the forks should be empty and in the smallest position.

Clean the dust, dust, and dirt in the battery car. The key parts are: forks, mast slides, generators, starters, battery forks, sinks, and air filters. Check the fastening conditions of each place, focusing on: fork seat, chain tensioning screw, wheel screw, wheel fixing pin, brake, steering screw.

Check the oil leakage situation, focusing on: pipeline, diesel engine, engine room, brake, lifting cylinder, water cylinder, water pump, cylinder, water pump, gasoline engine, gasoline engine, torque converter, transmission axle, final reducer, hydraulic steering gear, steering cylinder.

Brake fluid and flow detection: check whether the brake fluid is within the scale range, and check whether the air in the brake pipeline is mixed. Add brake fluid, dust, and stir. When filling the pool, use clean tap water, and if using antifreeze, use the same antifreeze. Do not open the water tank cover when the temperature of the water exceeds 70°C.
