1. Pallet truck gear: The outer circle of the gear is worn and glued, which increases the radial gap. If it is light, it has no obvious impact on the use, so it is not necessary to repair it; if it is serious, the gear should be replaced.

2. The end faces of both sides of the gear are worn, and if the light one starts to line, the burrs can be ground off by grinding; if the wear is severe, it can be ground on a grinding machine. But as long as the end face of one gear is worn, the other gear needs to be ground at the same time to ensure that the thickness difference between the two gears is within 0.005mm. When grinding, you should also pay attention to the high precision of the end face and the hole, and the end face and the end face. After grinding, use an oil stone to grind away the sharp edge burrs, but it is not suitable for chamfering.

3. The oil pump gears work in one direction, so the tooth surfaces are worn on one side. The gears with worn tooth surfaces can be deburred with oilstone, and the meshing position of the gears can be exchanged to restore the working performance of the oil pump.

4. Pallet truck gear bearing frame: When the end face is worn or roughened, the four bearing frames can be placed on a surface grinder, and the end face can be ground out at one time based on the non-gear contact surface.

5. The inner hole is generally less worn. If the wear is severe, it can be ground or the hole diameter can be ground to a repair size, and a needle roller can be selected.

6. When the shaft sleeve with side plate or axial floating is worn, scratched and grooved, the damaged surface can be polished. The method is to put no400-600 abrasive paste on the smooth surface, add washing oil or wax and gently turn it on the surface of the side plate for polishing.

7. Pallet truck gear pump body: The wear of the pump body generally occurs in the oil suction chamber. Some oil pumps can be repaired by transposition method from the structure, that is, the pump body is 180° around its own axis, so that the oil suction chamber becomes a pressure oil chamber for recovery. its working ability.

8. The oil pump body that cannot be repaired by the transposition method can be repaired by the copper sleeve method.

9. When the gear is ground due to end face wear, in order to maintain the axial clearance, the rear end face of the pump body needs to be ground to an appropriate thickness.
