Semi-electric counterbalanced stackers are widely used today. But how much do people know about the safe and standardized use and daily maintenance of forward-moving electric stackers?

1. The semi-electric counterweight stacker is suitable for operation in flat and hard places. The lubrication of each rotating part should be checked frequently.

2. The forward-moving electric stacker should be operated by someone. Operators must follow safe operating procedures. The operator cannot ride a semi-electric counterbalanced stacker or sit on a forward-moving electric stacker, and cannot carry people. After the fork is lifted, it is strictly forbidden to stand under the fork, and everyone must keep a certain distance from the fork.

3. The driver's foreground must be good, and there must be enough space around the semi-electric counterweight stacker to facilitate work. If the cargo is too large and interferes with your vision, drive with the cargo behind and the person in front.

4. Cargo that exceeds the maximum load capacity is not allowed to be lifted. Otherwise, it will damage the locomotive and cause a dangerous accident.

5. Check whether each oil pipe joint of the forward-moving electric stacker is leaking, check the hydraulic oil capacity in the fuel tank of the semi-electric counterbalance stacker, and refuel in time. To avoid short circuits, make sure that the electrical system connectors are not burnt or worn, and that the electrical system is free of water, oil, and other impurities.

6. After working every day, the forward-moving electric stacker should be parked in a dry and level place. The semi-electric counterweight stacker gantry is in the vertical position, the cylinder is lowered to the lowest position, the power switch has been turned off, and the power switch key has been pulled out.
