How much do you know about the troubleshooting methods of electro-hydraulic pallet trucks?

As a handling forklift manufacturer, we can roughly divide it into three types of elimination methods from experience: exclusion method, data method and replacement method. These three methods should be adapted to local conditions, and the appropriate method should be selected according to the problem to deal with the failure of the electrohydraulic truck.

For new users, it is more suitable to use troubleshooting to deal with failures. This method is relatively simple to operate. We will first use our usual knowledge of pallet trucks to determine the cause of the fault, and it can save a lot of time after troubleshooting familiar parts. Of course, if the fault problem is beyond the scope of cognition, we can check other problems in turn.

When the electro-hydraulic pallet truck has a problem that we can't solve, we can contact the pallet truck manufacturer and use their professional testing instruments to check the possible faulty parts based on the data.

We can also use the replacement method for the fault inspection and maintenance of battery trucks. The replacement method is to replace the parts you suspect to be faulty, and then operate the pallet truck experimentally to check whether it can be used normally. This method is relatively clumsy, time-consuming and labor-intensive. Handling forklift manufacturers generally do not recommend using this method for maintenance of electro-hydraulic forklifts. Therefore, this method is used at the end.

In addition to the above three methods, we can also use a fourth solution, which is to combine the above three methods. First of all, let yourself have a preliminary understanding of the electro-hydraulic pallet truck, and then carry out troubleshooting in combination with the recommendations of the pallet truck manufacturer, and use the replacement method to detect the faulty parts if there is no result.
