1. There are very few circuit parts of semi-electric stacker There are failures, but correct maintenance and use are also necessary. For example, do not use the stacker under voltage, let alone use the stacker while charging. If you don't use it for a period of time, you must charge the stacker frequently to keep the battery fully charged and protected from rain. It is best if the power in the place of use is unstable. 2. Oil leakage After the stacker has been used for a long time, the oil seal may become loose or worn out, which may cause oil leakage. Most of the oil leakage is at the connection between the oil pipe and the oil cylinder or the pump station. , it is troublesome. If it is confirmed that the nut has been tightened or oil leaks, the nut needs to be disassembled, the gasket or explosion-proof valve should be replaced with the correct model or a new one, and then re-tightened. Generally, this kind of failure can be solved. When removing the nut, the fork must be lowered to the lowest level, so that all the hydraulic oil in the oil circuit can be returned to the cylinder of the pump station to avoid a large amount of leakage.

3. The left and right balance wheels of the semi-electric stacker are not level. This phenomenon is mainly because the stacker deviates from the center of gravity in the daily load, resulting in excessive pressure on one side. You can open the back cover, unscrew the screws on the left and right balance wheels respectively, put some spacers on the axle column of the lower balance wheel, or appropriately reduce the spacers on the higher balance wheel to achieve left and right balance.

4. The forks of the semi-electric stacker have fixed pallet type and movable fork type. The fork thickness of the movable fork is 60mm by default. If there are special requirements, it can be customized with a smaller or larger thickness. There is a spacer at the connection between the root of the movable fork and the stacker, and the height of the spacer is adjusted by screws to achieve the purpose of adjusting the height of the front end of the fork.
