Check for loose tire screws, damaged bearings, etc.

The gear pump of the pallet truck is faulty, such as the air from the oil suction pipe or the sealing part entering the pump, the resistance of the oil suction pipe is too large, or even partially blocked. Gear pump accuracy is not high. The pump shaft is not the same as the coupling. The solution is to add lubricating oil to the connections. If the abnormal noise decreases, it indicates a leak. Tighten the sealing ring or replace it directly. If it cannot be changed, check the accuracy of the gear, study and adjust it, and replace the gear if necessary. Finally, check the coaxiality of the pump and the coupling, pay attention to the difference between the working state and the static state, and adjust according to the process requirements.
