If the oil pipe of the filter is broken, the oil leakage of the pipe joint and the damage of the oil pressure gauge, etc., the pressure of the oil will be insufficient. In this case, we recommend welding as soon as possible. At the rupture, tighten the pipe joint and replace the oil pressure gauge. If there is a problem with the oil pump pressure regulating spring of the electric storage pallet truck, it is necessary to replace the oil to adjust the pressure spring.

If there is a problem with the oil pump and the pressure limiting pump, and the oil return is not smooth, it is also prone to abnormal oil pressure. This situation cannot be ignored, and needs to be checked and adjusted in time. If the clearance of the rotor section of the oil pump is too large, it must be repaired or replaced in time; if the oil passage screw is loose, we must check the cause and repair it in time. If the rocker arm of the electric storage pallet truck is not supplied with oil, the oil passage of the upper cylinder head and the oil hole at the bottom of the rocker shaft support will be blocked. The solution is to clean and dredge.

One more point, it's winter now, if the temperature is too low, it will lead to high oil viscosity, in this case, what we have to do is to make the diesel engine well. Preheat work and use oil as specified.
