Fault repair method of electric pallet truck charger

Manufacturers of production electric pallet trucks generally inform the maintenance methods of electric pallet trucks when the electric pallet trucks leave the factory. If a fault occurs during use, we can conduct a simple inspection first.

First, the common faults and maintenance of the electric pallet truck charger.

1. The power indicator and the charging indicator are off.

Maintenance method: Check whether the input plug of the electric pallet truck charger is connected to the mains. The input plug of the pallet jack charger can be plugged into a common power outlet for testing. If the situation does not change, open the charger box and observe the inside of the machine. Whether the fuse is disconnected, if not, first check whether the power input line is in good condition. After troubleshooting the power input line of the electric pallet truck, check whether the components near the circuit board are well welded and the fuse is in poor contact. During the test, focus on checking the virtual welding phenomenon of transformers T1, V1, V2, etc. The open circuit of R5 and R6 may also cause the above faults. If the fuse in the case is broken, be sure to replace the high-ampere fuse (usually 2A), and focus on checking the damage of D1-D4, V1, V2, R4, R7, D15, and D21. When damaged, the same model can be used. If the above parts are destroyed, one or both of them are destroyed at the same time, sometimes more than one. Before using the electric pallet truck charger, these parts need to be checked and replaced one by one.

2. The charger of the electric pallet truck is hot and has abnormal noise.

Maintenance method: The reason for the failure is that the output stage vibration absorbing resistors of R31 and C17 are damaged. In addition, C12 open circuit or virtual welding may also cause the above failures.

3. The charger of the electric pallet truck has abnormal noise when it is working, and the battery cannot be charged.

Maintenance method: Check whether C8 on the circuit board is soldered or damaged. This problem can usually be solved by replacing the C8.
