How to accurately adjust the buffer device of the manual pallet truck

The buffer device of the manual pallet truck refers to a long finger-like handle near the pressing handle. This handle is not the switch of the pallet truck, nor the ascending and descending control mechanism of the pallet truck, but is responsible for the buffering and deflation of the pallet truck. wait for work.

This buffer device can be adjusted to three positions, namely the rising position, the middle position and the lowering position. These three positions have been adjusted by the manufacturer before leaving the factory. Its position has changed, affecting the normal work. At this point we can follow these steps:

1. If the indicator handle is in the middle position, press the pallet truck but the steel bracket of the pallet truck will drop, you need to turn the adjusting nut counterclockwise until the fork frame does not drop; if the pallet truck goes up, you need to turn it clockwise Move the adjusting nut on the adjusting screw until the lithium pallet truck lifts normally;

2. If the finger handle is in the descending position but the fork does not descend, the adjusting nut needs to be turned clockwise; when the fork does not rise in the ascending position, the adjusting nut needs to be twisted counterclockwise.

After the operator completes the adjustment of the indicator handle of the manual pallet truck, he needs to pull it back to the middle position, so as not to affect the normal use of the next transportation work.
