Check whether the gear pump and pump electric pallet lift truck are excessively worn; whether the high pressure of the relief valve in the reversing valve is appropriate; whether the oil pressure pipeline leaks; whether the hydraulic oil temperature Excessive; whether the gantry carriage is blocked. If these components are normal, then let's look at the motor again. Is the speed of the motor too low? The following points should be paid attention to when inspecting the semi-electric stacker motor:
(1) The inspection and maintenance of the motor should be carried out under power failure.
(2) Check that all fasteners are tight.
(3) Check whether the connection wire of the motor outlet is correct and firm.
(4) Check whether the commutator segments are clean, and the brushes should slide freely in the brush box.
In addition, we must do a good job in maintaining the motor of the semi-electric stacker.
(1) Use a 250-volt megger to measure the cold-state insulation resistance of the motor every three months, and its resistance should be greater than 0.5MΩ.
(6) Check the wear of the brushes every three months, and replace the brushes as appropriate.
(7) Do a comprehensive maintenance of the motor once a year.
After doing a good job in the maintenance of the motor of the semi-electric stacker, it can not only improve the work efficiency, but also prolong the service life of the semi-electric stacker.
