How to solve the partial load problem of hydraulic stacker

by:Staxx Pallet Truck     2023-06-25

The hydraulic stacker pays special attention to the balance of the goods during the lifting process, because the goods need to be transferred to the highest point, and as the center of gravity continues to rise, instability will also appear, so be sure to ensure that the fork is stable before lifting. In the middle part of the tray to ensure balance at both ends.

However, the hydraulic stacker will face such a problem. If the handling target is not symmetrical, it is difficult to adjust the balance, so that there will be an unbalanced load, and the unbalanced load will cause the accident of dumping the cargo. Then the hydraulic stacker How does Gaoche adjust to this situation?

The hydraulic stacker adopts a unique design, that is, double cylinder lifting. The specific working principle is actually very simple. Using the same liquid pressure in the system and automatically balancing according to the force, the double cylinder lifts during work. The left and right lifting links of the frame are connected by synchronous rods, so that the car can be lifted and lowered smoothly even under the condition of partial load.

To be more specific, when the oil supply of cylinder A is a little more at a certain moment, cylinder A is stretched a little more, the force on cylinder A is a little bigger than that of cylinder B, and the pressure in the cylinder is also a little bigger. Since AB is connected in parallel, the fuel supply of cylinder A will automatically decrease while the fuel supply of cylinder B will automatically increase, so that the force and oil supply of the two cylinders will be balanced.

The design of the double oil cylinder of the hydraulic stacker fundamentally solves the problem of unbalanced lifting load, thus ensuring the safe operation.
