Using a thermostat to adjust the water temperature has the advantages of convenient maintenance and low cost, but it is difficult to well control the cooling water temperature. To ensure that the cooling system can work properly, it must be checked regularly. Wax type thermostat is currently the most used thermostat on engines. It can have different lifts at different temperatures, so as to dynamically control the height of the cooling water temperature. Checking the thermostat mainly depends on the temperature difference between the water inlet pipe and the water outlet pipe of the radiator. After the engine is started for a period of time, touch the temperature difference between the inlet and outlet pipes with your hand, and then touch the temperature difference with your hand after a period of time. If the temperature difference is significantly reduced, it means that it is working properly. You can also remove the thermostat, place it in cold water, and use the gradual heating method to check the valve opening temperature and valve electric pallet lift truck to judge whether it is good or bad. In an electric stacker, since the generator, cooling fan, and water pump all share the same belt, the tightness of the belt will not only affect the speed of the generator's water pump, but also the speed of the cooling fan. If it is too large, the water temperature will be too high; if it is too small, it will damage the bearings of the water pump and generator. You can also use a piece of thin paper to put in front of the radiator water tank, and use the thin paper to check the fan. When the engine is running, the paper cannot be attached to the water tank, indicating that the fan is working properly. In order to ensure that the fan works normally, the fan blades cannot be installed backwards, and the fan guards must be complete and effective. Water pump is an important source of power for continuous circulation in the cooling water cooling system. If you want the cooling system to work properly, you must ensure that the water pump can build up enough pressure. Check whether the water pump is working properly can be judged by adding cooling water. When adding cooling water, if the coolant level drops significantly with the increase of engine speed, it means that the water pump is working normally. The radiator is generally located at the rear of the stacker. After the stacker is used for a long time, some debris and dust in the factory area will easily accumulate on the surface of the radiator. If it is not cleaned in time, it will affect the heat dissipation effect. Therefore, it should be carefully cleaned after the end of the day, but should not be used during cleaning. High-pressure water gun, because the tube wall of the radiator is relatively thin, if it is flushed with a high-pressure water gun, it will deflate the tube wall and affect the heat dissipation effect.
