Generally speaking, in the process of using the truck, please pay attention to the following points:

3. Load the goods correctly;

4. Please wear safety shoes and gloves when operating;

5. Please do a thorough operation check before each use;

6. Use the correct lifting technique to assemble the machine;

Proper maintenance will prolong the service life of the truck, and the main maintenance is to check the oil, remove the air and lubricate.

Check the oil level every six months. The newly injected oil into the rubber container should be 5mm below the liquid level, and the fork must be at the lowest position when adding oil. When replacing the seals, air may get into the hydraulics, put the lever in the LOWER position, then swing the handle a dozen times. Lubricate the moving parts with motor oil or lubricating oil.

In addition, pay attention to daily inspection and maintenance. The inspection of the truck can reduce wear and tear as much as possible, and special attention should be paid to the wheels, axles, handles, forks, lifting and lowering controls. Whenever the job is done, the fork should be empty and lowered to the lowest position.
