4. Stop stepping on the slow down pedal and the brake pedal together.

6. Check the battery level of the electric forklift on time. If it is lower than the calibration line, it should be compensated for distilled water in real time, do not increase Tap water, river water, mineral water, avoid mixing miscellaneous antagonisms to cause external self-discharge failure of the battery, and do not increase the electrolytic hydraulic pressure, otherwise it will increase the electrolyte concentration and prolong the battery life.

7. Special attention is needed during use to charge the battery and accurately maintain the battery in real time. Pay attention to the method when charging the battery, not only make the battery fully charged, but also cannot constitute a proper amount of battery charging.

8. Move forward In the operation of the forklift truck, use the temporary long-distance slowing down as little as possible. When the vehicle starts and the speed increases, steady and slow down the pedal. If the road conditions are better, the vehicle will continue to slow down. When the vehicle needs to accelerate, grasp and slow down the pedal. Slightly step on the brake pedal, so that the acceleration energy can be fully used. If the vehicle has a regenerative braking function, the kinetic energy during acceleration can be emitted. When the vehicle is uphill, do not disconnect the circuit that drives the motor, and step on it slightly The brake pedal makes the vehicle run under regenerative braking, and uses the kinetic energy of the vehicle to increase the energy consumption of the battery.

9. During the driving process of the forklift, do not move the ``travel and development'' The target switch is mistaken as a steering switch. Unless you need to accelerate urgently, do not indirectly depress the brake pedal. If it is found that the battery power is low during the driving process of the forklift (you can use the fuel gauge, power loss indicator light and other alarms) Installation is lost), the battery should be charged as soon as possible to avoid proper discharge of the battery.
