1. Repair of wheel discs
1) If the bearing holes of the bolts are worn, the roundness error is greater than 1.5mm or the bearing surface of the tire bolts is not balanced, it can be stacked Weld repair.
2) Cracks between bolt bearing holes or between large holes can be repaired by welding.
3) If there is desoldering or loose rivets at the connection between the spoke and the rim, it should be re-welded or re-riveted.
4) If there is any crack on the rim, it can be repaired by welding.
2. Repair of the wheel hub
1) When the wear of the inner and outer bearing seat holes of the wheel hub is greater than 0.05mm, it should be repaired by chrome plating.
2) The oil seal seat hole is unevenly worn or has dents over 0.15mm, which can be repaired by welding.
3) The circumferential surface in contact with the brake hub should be flat, and when the circular runout of the center line of the hub is greater than 0.1mm, it should be repaired by turning.
4) When the brake hub of the hub has cracks, it can be welded and flattened.
5) When the inner thread of the fixed half-shaft bolt hole is damaged, it can be re-drilled and tapped after surfacing welding.
6) If the circular runout of the end face in contact with the flange of the semi-axle is not more than 0.1mm, it should be corrected.
3. Tire damage and repair
Pallet truck tires have both pneumatic tires and solid tires. The tire inflation pressure must be in accordance with the standard specified by the original factory, and must not be too high or too low. If it is too high, the elasticity of the tire will be reduced, and the line layer will be easily broken. Too low air pressure will cause severe deformation of the tire, increase the temperature, cause degumming or breakage, and may also cause the outer tire to move on the rim and wear the bead, and in severe cases, the inner tire valve will be torn.
(1) When the tire casing has damage such as cracks, holes, blistering, delamination, etc., it should be repaired or renovated according to the specific situation. If there are continuous cracks around the tire carcass, the tread rubber has been polished and there are large holes, the carcass line layer has annular cracks and the whole circle is separated, it should be replaced.
(2) When the inner tube is found to have small holes, it can be hot or cold.
1) Hot repair: file the rough around the damaged inner tube, stick the hot glue on the damaged part, make the hole just in the center of the glue, and then align the tire repair clip Install the fire-repair glue, tighten the screw to press and then ignite the heating agent on the fire-repair glue, wait for 10-15 minutes, and then it can be tightly bonded.
2) Raw rubber patching (cold patching): file rough around the inner tube break, apply raw glue, and then apply secondary glue after the surface of the glue is slightly dry. When the glue is air-dried, it will be ready. The raw rubber is attached to the break, pressurized and heated at 140-145 ℃, and kept for 10-20 minutes to make the raw rubber vulcanized. After cooling, it can be tightly bonded.
The inner tube is folded, severely ruptured and cannot be repaired; aging, sticky and deteriorating; deformation and excessive cracks can be scrapped and replaced.
