(1) When the truck is loaded downhill, it should drive backwards to prevent the goods from falling.

(2) Do not raise the fork too high when driving. When entering and leaving the job site or while driving, be careful that there are no obstacles in the sky. When the load is traveling, if the fork is raised too high, it will increase the height of the overall center of gravity of the lithium pallet truck and affect the stability of the forklift.

(3) When driving, the lower end of the fork should be kept at a height of 300-400mm from the ground, and the mast should be tilted back.

(4) When the truck is running, it should keep a certain safety distance from the vehicle in front.

(5) The steering of the forklift is controlled by the rear wheels, so you must always pay attention to the swing behind the truck to avoid excessive turning.

(6) When turning, if there are pedestrians or vehicles nearby, a signal should be issued and sharp turns at high speed should be prohibited. A sharp turn at high speed can cause the vehicle to lose lateral stability and tip over.

(7) The internal combustion forklift is strictly prohibited to turn off and slide when going downhill.

(8) Without special circumstances, it is forbidden to brake suddenly when the cargo is loaded.

(9) After unloading, the fork should be lowered to the normal driving position before driving.

The normal use of the electric pallet truck actually depends on the electric power, that is, the battery. We need to pay attention to the charging of the battery and the maintenance of the battery during use. Pay attention to the method when charging the battery, not only to make the battery fully charged , and can not cause the battery to be overcharged; when the battery is in a state of deficient power, the battery should be recharged several times, and then it can return to normal; always check whether the distilled water of the battery is sufficient, and if it is not enough, it should be replenished in time. .
