2. Working principle

When the semi-electric stacker is raised and lowered, the lifting rod is controlled to control the pumping station, and the oil cylinder directly drives the inner and outer masts and the sliding frame to move relative to each other to make the fork rise and fall.

3. Drive

The semi-electric stacker is driven by manpower, and uses special craft nylon or polyurethane wheels, which are wear-resistant, pressure-resistant and quiet. Manual control, flexible and convenient operation.

4. Steering control

The manipulation of the steering control handle acts on the steering wheels on both sides through the steering mechanism, which is lighter and more flexible when turning. Therefore, it is sufficient to directly turn the steering control handle to the desired angle.

5. Parking brake

Through the operation of the foot brake, the brake directly acts on the universal wheel, and immediately plays the role of braking.

6. Hydraulic circuit

When the fork needs to be lifted or lowered, by adjusting the hydraulic pull rod, the pump station can drive the inner and outer masts and the slide frame to move relatively through the oil cylinder, so that the fork can rise and fall (the hydraulic pull rod is pulled back). Pressure limiting valves are included in hydraulic pumps to protect the vehicle and hydraulic system in case of overload.

Powered by the battery, the power shows the capacity or voltage of the battery; it has a low-voltage protection function, which can more intuitively reflect the working status; the key switch controls the entire circuit, and the built-in charger is equipped with a conversion relay switch, which automatically cuts off the working power when charging, which is safer ,more reliable. The wiring harness is selected to meet the operational requirements of the entire circuit. The selection of all electrical components is safe and reliable.

8. Load curve

The load curve sign on the chassis of the semi-electric stacker indicates the load capacity of the semi-electric stacker at different heights. For personal safety and to avoid damage to the vehicle, overloading is absolutely not allowed. Please operate and maintain in strict accordance with the specified requirements during operation.
