The battery of the pallet truck is composed of 2V monomers in series, and the mixed current drives the pallet truck to drive. The initial charging takes place in two stages. The electric hydraulic truck is first charged with the initial charging current to the electrolyte to release bubbles, and the single-cell voltage rises to 2.3~2.4V, then the current is reduced to 1/2 of the initial charging current, and continues to be charged into the electrolyte to release violent bubbles. The ratio and voltage are stable for 3H continuously.

The total charging time is about 45~65H. During the charging process, the temperature of the electrolyte should be measured by halving the current, stopping charging or cooling, and the temperature should be controlled at 35~40 degrees. When the initial charging is completed , If the specific gravity of the electrolyte does not meet the requirements, it is recommended to use distilled water or an electrolyte with a specific gravity of 1.4 for adjustment. After adjustment, charge for 2H until the specific gravity meets the requirements.

In addition, the battery of the pallet truck should not be over-discharged. Over-charging or discharging will affect the service life of the battery. After the new battery of electric hydraulic truck is charged for the first time, it should be discharged in a cycle, discharge at a discharge rate of 20HH, and then supplement the charging current to make it sufficient. After one charge and discharge cycle, if the battery capacity is still lower than 90% of the rated capacity, then One more charge and discharge cycle is required.
