When choosing a pallet for a manual hydraulic truck, you need to pay attention to the following aspects:

1. The size of the tray

It is necessary to choose international standard pallet specifications as much as possible to facilitate the exchange and use of pallets. General pallet stacker are suitable for nine-leg pallets and Sichuan-shaped pallets, and the inner width of the nine-legged pallets and Sichuan-shaped pallets need to be larger than the outer width of the forks. Pallets like double-sided pallets and double-sided pallets are not suitable for all trucks.

Example: When the outer width of the fork is 680mm, the inner width and net size of the pallet should be greater than 700mm and the inner height is about 100mm;

Example: When the outer width of the fork is 580mm, the inner width and net size of the pallet should be greater than 600mm and the inner height is about 100mm.

2. The carrying capacity of the pallet

Although the fork of the hydraulic truck is the key part to bear the goods, if it is placed on the pallet, the pallet will also bear the weight of the heavy object. Therefore, when purchasing the pallet, the weight of the stored material and the logistics operation method should be considered. Take into account the load-carrying capacity of the pallet when it is stationary and the load-carrying capacity during transport.

Third, the material and cost of the tray

The order of carrying capacity from large to small is: steel structure pallets, wooden pallets, plastic pallets. It is better to choose wooden pallets, with moderate carrying capacity and not easy to deform, which can be applied in most logistics workplaces.

The pallets suitable for manual hydraulic trucks are generally designed with grids, which are ventilated, anti-corrosion, moisture-proof, and have very high temperature resistance and wear resistance, making the shelf more flexible. Different specifications of pallet stacker that need to be noted are equipped with different types of pallets, and customers should purchase them carefully.
