The diesel filter is blocked, the oil circuit or the diesel filter of the internal combustion forklift is blocked; there is air in the oil circuit. Solution: Clean the blockage and remove the air in the oil circuit. 2. The fuel injector of the internal combustion forklift does not supply fuel or the pressure is insufficient, poor atomization, oil dripping, etc.; the plunger adjusting arm or the gear rod lug comes out of the fork groove of the speed control lever in the non-fuel position; the fuel injection pump column of the internal combustion forklift The plug and couple parts are severely worn, the oil supply pressure is too low, the delivery valve is severely worn, and the seal is not tight; the gasket is cracked and deformed, the delivery valve spring is broken, and the fuel injector is worn and stuck in the closed position. Solution: It is found that the plunger adjusting arm or gear lug has come out of the speed control rod groove, and the internal combustion forklift fuel injection pump should be disassembled and reinstalled correctly; at the same time, check whether the fork groove is excessively worn, if the plunger is found to be stuck in the stop position , The internal combustion forklift should be disassembled for repair or replacement; if the fuel injection of the internal combustion forklift is weak, check whether the plunger pair is severely worn and the return valve gasket is worn; disassemble the fuel injector and check whether the needle valve assembly is stuck in the closed position, Whether the needle valve and the fuel injection hole are burnt, repair or replace the mating parts according to the inspection results.
