So what orders have we received for those products these past few months? What is the process of packing and shipping? Which products need to pay attention to the packaging? Which products need to be placed on pallets, which products need to be placed in wooden boxes, and which products can be shipped after being wrapped with plastic film? And when it is packaged and shipped, is it assembled and shipped? Or is it shipped unassembled? Does the customer need to install after receiving the goods? How to install? Is it necessary for the manufacturer to arrange for technicians to come and install it?

First of all, let's talk about the packaging of the manual pallet truck. The manual pallet truck is shipped in a single unit. You only need to tie the handle to the fork and wrap it with an air cushion film for delivery. If there are multiple pallet trucks, you can pack 6 pallets and add pallets, so loading and unloading will be much easier. Of course, sometimes customers will ask for no pallets in order to save costs. . After the manual truck receives the goods, the handle needs to be installed by the customer. We will provide the installation video. If the customer has any questions, they can also call the video phone to guide the installation in real time.

In addition to the above manual trucks that need to be installed, other electric pallet trucks, electric stackers, electric pallet trucks, etc. do not need to be installed, and they are ready to use. And no need to charge.

Electric pallet trucks, electric stackers, and electric pallet trucks will be shipped directly by air cushion film wrapping for domestic trade, and pallets or wooden boxes for foreign trade. Of course, if the whole container is shipped, most of them are wrapped with air cushion film, and the goods are arranged neatly in the factory to ensure the safety of the goods.
