How to properly use and maintain semi-electric trucks?

Semi-electric trucks present a certain safety hazard if proper maintenance is neglected. Therefore, it is necessary to have sufficient maintenance equipment, professional maintenance personnel and maintenance plans.

The use, maintenance and inspection of semi-electric hydraulic trucks shall be carried out in accordance with the following terms:

1. The maintenance of semi-electric trucks must be strictly implemented , lubrication and inspection plan.

2. Do the following before leaving the semi-electric hydraulic truck:

– The semi-electric truck is not allowed to park on slopes.

– Fully lower the semi-electro-hydraulic pallet truck forks.

– Press the emergency stop switch on the semi-electric truck and remove the key.

3. Before starting to operate the semi-electric hydraulic truck:

– The operator must be in the electric truck operating position.

– Operate the semi-electric hydraulic truck handle in its natural position.

– Check electric pallet lift truck, steering, speed control, maneuvering, alarms, and braking for proper function before operating the electric truck.

4. The workplace must be equipped with fire-fighting equipment. It is forbidden to use an open flame to check the liquid level and leakage of electrolyte or other oils and liquids in the semi-electric hydraulic truck.

5. The braking, steering, control, alarm and safety devices of the electric pallet truck should be checked and maintained regularly to keep the semi-electric hydraulic truck in good condition.

6. All nameplates and safety signs on electric pallet trucks should be cleaned regularly to ensure their contents are legible.

7. All devices of the semi-electric hydraulic pallet truck lifting system should be regularly inspected and maintained to ensure their safe operation.

8. The hydraulic system of the electric truck should be checked regularly according to the usage. The oil cylinder, hydraulic valve and other hydraulic components of the electric truck should be confirmed without leakage before use.

9. The semi-electric hydraulic truck must be parked in a clean environment to minimize the possibility of fire.

10. Customers are not allowed to modify the semi-electric hydraulic truck without the consent of the manufacturer; the nameplate and safety signs on the semi-electric hydraulic truck should be changed accordingly after being changed with permission
