During the driving of the pallet truck, the transmission cross bearing has to bear a large torque and impact load, and at the same time rotate at a high speed, accompanied by constant vibration, its lubrication condition is poor, so it is easy to cause wear, deformation and damage , so as to work abnormally, and there will be faults such as abnormal noise and chattering. When the pallet truck starts, if the body trembles, there will be a crashing sound of 'Gela. Gela'; while driving, you can also hear a periodic sound from the chassis. The faster the speed, the louder the sound. In severe cases, the cab vibrates, and when you hold the steering wheel, your hands feel numb. The reasons are: the cross shaft of the universal joint and the needle roller are worn and loose or the needle roller is broken; the fixing screws of each connecting part are loose. Bending deformation of the drive shaft, etc. When the above faults are encountered, you can go to the bottom of the vehicle to check whether the connecting screws are loose, and shake the drive shaft by hand to detect the worn parts; electric pallet lift truck the rear wheel and rotate it to check the vibration and abnormal noise of the drive shaft. ; You can also detect the deformation of the drive shaft on the vehicle dial indicator, and repair it separately after finding out the cause.

Once the dynamic balance state of the drive shaft assembly is destroyed, it will be affected by the additional dynamic load caused by centrifugal force during work, which is prone to bending deformation, causing vibration and noise of the drive shaft, increasing the dynamic load, and reducing the transmission efficiency. Accelerates damage to parts. Accidental impact of the drive shaft in use, knock deformation during disassembly and assembly, damage to the mutual position accuracy of the parts after surfacing, etc., will cause the rotating mass center of the drive shaft assembly to deviate from the rotation axis and destroy its balance performance.

When maintaining, add grease to the cross bearing; check whether the cross bearing is loose, put the transmission in neutral gear, release the parking brake, hold the drive shaft tube tightly with both hands, and use force from left to right. Rotate sharply, there should be no obvious looseness, disassemble and repair if necessary. When maintaining the drive shaft, check whether the fasteners are firmly fixed, the appearance and curvature of the drive shaft, and repair if necessary.

Before the drive shaft is repaired and assembled, all its parts must be cleaned, especially the oil passages, journals and needle bearings of the cross shaft, which should be washed with clean kerosene and dried with compressed air. . Coat the mating surface with grease, and install it after matching the marks. After the universal joint is installed, it should rotate flexibly without obvious gap, and there should be no card issue.

The transmission shaft is connected between the gearbox and the drive axle of the CPD30 pallet truck. The drive shaft of this type of pallet truck is composed of flanged forks, universal joints, cross shafts and bearings, etc. The cross shaft is equipped with a lubricating oil cup, from which lubricating oil can be injected to lubricate the bearings. When the cross shaft produces excessive clearance in the needle roller bearing, the transmission pump should be disassembled, and the cross shaft or needle roller bearing should be replaced according to the wear condition (must be replaced in pairs). Bearing lubrication should use lithium-based grease. Lubrication with thicker greases (such as calcium-based greases) is absolutely prohibited, as the use of thicker oils will accelerate the wear of the bearings or the cross shaft.
