1. Piston rings should be used as a whole set, and cannot be disassembled and assembled arbitrarily. The installation starts from the third ring.

2. Do not touch the piston, crankshaft surface, connecting rod, piston, crankshaft, and camshaft at will. When installing these parts, apply engine oil evenly for the purpose of protection and lubrication.

3. Apply butter to the O-ring as required, and then install the cylinder liner. Warehousing forklift manufacturers remind everyone not to hit the cylinder liner during installation.

Remember that the ring cannot be installed vertically or horizontally. When installing the opening of the ring, it must be staggered by at least 120°just right.

5. One more thing that the storage forklift manufacturer wants to tell everyone is that the cylinder head gasket can only be installed after the engine oil is applied, and the process is irreversible.

6. When installing the cylinder head screws, the storage forklift manufacturer should also remind everyone to pay attention. The wrench should be tightened from the middle to the four sides, and the screws of the cylinder head should be tightened 2-3 times to ensure that each screw is evenly stressed, and then from the middle to the two sides. Tighten the crankshaft connecting rod in 2-3 times.

7. Install the piston connecting rod in the original direction of the piston as required, use special tools to install the piston connecting rod, also do not knock the piston, and apply the engine oil evenly on the connecting rod tile.

Pay attention to the alignment of the gears when installing the gears and camshafts of the high-pressure fuel injection pump. Storage forklift manufacturers think this is very important.
