Replacement and installation of electric truck battery

battery replacement sequence:

Electric trucks rely on batteries as a power source for driving operations. When the battery is insufficient or faulty, it should be disassembled or replaced in time to prevent the normal use of the electric pallet truck from being affected.

1.1 The sequence of removing batteries with insufficient power:

(1) Unplug the power cord.

(2) Open the battery box cover.

(3) Disconnect the connection between the battery terminal and the cable.

(4) Using the appropriate battery box hook, take out the battery pack from the body of the electric pallet truck.

1.2 The sequence of installing the battery:

(1) Use the lifting device to electric pallet lift truck the battery pack with sufficient power and put it into the battery box of the electric truck.

(2) Connect the connection between the battery terminal and the cable, and ensure that the positive and negative connections are accurate.

(3) Close the battery box cover.

(4) Plug in the power socket.

(5) The key switch is in the off position.

How to charge the battery after the battery of the electric truck is installed.

1. Connect the battery to be charged, and confirm that the output voltage specification of the charger is consistent with the specification of the battery. Connect the positive pole of the charger output to the positive pole of the battery, and the negative pole of the charger output to the negative pole of the battery. It is strictly forbidden to reverse the positive and negative poles. If the charger has an output switch, the output switch should be turned on first, and then the input power should be turned on.

2. Check whether the voltage of the power socket is consistent with the input voltage of the charger, and plug in the power after confirmation.

3. After the charger is connected to the power supply, the charger will automatically detect within 1 minute, and start charging after the detection is normal. If there is still no output after 1 minute, please power off to check whether the wiring is reliable, and then power on again.
