The casters of the pallet truck are the key accessories for carrying the body and pulling the goods for transportation. The role of the casters not only makes it easier for us to pull heavy goods, but also greatly shortens our construction time and improves work efficiency.

The maintenance of the casters of the hydraulic truck is as follows:

1. Regularly check the caster bracket fasteners, and if there are loose parts, they can be tightened in time. If there is wear or the bracket is twisted, it should be replaced in time to avoid stressing other components.

2. The lubricating effect is maintained. The rotation of the wheels of the hydraulic truck needs to maintain the lubrication effect. We can regularly apply lubricating oil to the friction positions of the axles, seal rings and ball bearings. These operations allow the wheels to turn more roundly, reduce wear and tear and pull with less effort. Under normal circumstances, lubrication can be carried out every 6 months. If it is a comprehensive cleaning operation of the truck, it should be lubricated after cleaning.

3. The wear of the wheel itself. If there are sundries or ropes entangled, it will make it run poorly and wear and tear. You can check and clean the sundries of the equipment casters frequently.

4. The problem of the movable steering of the universal casters of the hydraulic truck. If the movable steering is too loose, you need to replace the new casters to avoid accidents when carrying heavy objects. If the steering wheel does not move freely, you can check the caster balls for dirt.
