1. The fork of the electric hydraulic pallet truck is weak or cannot be lifted up

If there is a problem, it is necessary to check whether the hydraulic oil leaks. If there is leakage, cracks or damage to the nozzle, it is recommended that you wipe the interface of the hydraulic pump station of the cylinder and oil pipe of the battery pallet truck with a quick rag. After wiping Watch to see where the leak is now. Wherever oil stains appear again, there must be a problem. If the hydraulic oil pipe leaks, it may be that the hose is split and needs to be replaced; if there is no leakage from the hose, follow the rod to check whether there is a leak elsewhere. If you find a lot of oil stains in a certain area, it is likely that the seal is leaking and needs to be replaced immediately.

2. The motor of the electric hydraulic pallet truck is too hot

The battery pallet truck will be subject to quality inspection before leaving the factory, and it will be issued if there is no problem in the trial. If the motor of the new electric hydraulic pallet truck is overheating, please contact the manufacturer first. In this case, it may be that the battery pallet truck is bumpy during transportation, and the lines or other places with loose links or unexpected contact are related. We need to disconnect the power first, and then check the fault problem. If it is an electric hydraulic pallet truck that has been used for a long time, first we need to check to see if the equipment has been used for a long time, and there will be dirt and debris blocking the ports of the radiator, causing the engine to overheat. Check the radiator port for mud or dirt, and if so, slowly remove the dirt with clean water. After cleaning, start the engine to see if there is any improvement. If overheating persists, there may be erosion in the radiator and the radiator needs to be replaced.

3. The electric hydraulic pallet truck equipment cannot be started

If this kind of situation occurs, the first thing to do is to check the battery pack. Check whether the circuit of the battery pack is properly connected, and check whether the battery shell and the connecting end are corroded. If it is normal, is it normal to check the battery capacity? If the working efficiency of the battery pallet truck is lower than 80% of the normal efficiency, it is recommended to replace the battery.
