1. Check whether there are cracks or open welding in the welding places of the upper and lower clamps of the fork. If there is any defect, it should be repaired and corrected in time.

2. The opening size of the upper and lower forks of the semi-electric stacker is 27mm in specification, and the operating limit is 29mm. When this limit is exceeded, it should be corrected in time.

3. Flaw detection needs to be carried out on the stress-bearing parts of the fork arm and the fork surface. When cracks appear, they should be dealt with in time.

4. When the rack and fork are loaded on the carriage, the upper plane of the two forks should be kept in the same plane, and there should be no unevenness or dislocation.

5. The level difference between the two fork tips of the semi-electric stacker fork exceeds 5mm, the length difference exceeds 10mm, the wear in the length direction of the fork is less than the standard size of 40mm, and the front end of the fork tip If it is worn into a tangled shape, the fork is bent and deformed, or the angle between the fork surface and the fork arm is greater than 90°, these phenomena should be replaced or repaired.

6. The welding part should not show cracks or open welding, and the deformation of the beam should not be greater than 2mm. If the protective frame is deformed and welded, it should be reshaped and re-welded in time.

7. Install the rack and fork, the thickness of the fork and the length of the fork should be roughly the same.
