Does the manufacturer need to arrange technicians to come and install it?

First of all, let’s talk about the packaging of manual pallet trucks. Manual pallet trucks are shipped as a single unit. You only need to tie the handle to the fork and wrap it with an air cushion film for delivery. If there are multiple trucks, you can pack 6 trucks into one pallet and add pallets, which will make loading and unloading much more convenient. Of course, sometimes customers will ask for no pallets in order to save costs. . The handle of the manual pallet truck needs to be installed by the customer after receiving the goods. We will provide the installation video. If the customer has any questions, he can also dial the video call in real time to guide the installation.

In addition to the above manual pallet trucks that need to be installed, other electric pallet trucks, electric stackers, electric forklifts, etc. do not need to be installed, they can be used immediately upon arrival, and do not need to be charged.

When delivering electric pallet trucks, electric stackers, and electric forklifts, the domestic trade will be wrapped with air-cushion film and shipped directly, and the foreign trade will be packaged in pallets or wooden boxes. Of course, most of the whole cabinet shipments are also wrapped with air-cushion film. Arrange the goods neatly directly to ensure the safety of the goods.
