How much do you know about the troubleshooting methods of electric hydraulic trucks?

As a pallet truck manufacturer, from experience, we can roughly divide it into three exclusion methods: exclusion method, data method and replacement method. These three methods should be adapted to local conditions, and the appropriate method should be selected according to the problem to deal with the failure of the electric hydraulic truck.

For new users, troubleshooting is more appropriate. This method is relatively simple to operate. First, we will use our usual knowledge of pallet trucks to determine the cause of the failure. After eliminating the familiar component failures, we can save a lot of time. Of course, if the failure problem is beyond recognition, we can troubleshoot other problems in turn.

When the electric hydraulic truck has problems that we can't solve, we can contact the pallet truck manufacturer, and use their professional testing equipment to check the parts that may be faulty based on the data.

For the troubleshooting of battery trucks, we can also use the replacement method. The replacement method is to replace the parts you suspect are faulty, and then experimentally operate the pallet truck to check whether it can be used normally. This method is relatively clumsy, time-consuming and labor-intensive. Pallet truck manufacturers generally do not recommend using this method for overhauling electric hydraulic pallet trucks. So this method is used last.

In addition to the above three methods, we can also use a fourth solution, which is to combine the above three methods. First, let yourself have a preliminary understanding of the electric hydraulic truck, and secondly, carry out troubleshooting in combination with the recommendations of the pallet truck manufacturer, and use the replacement method to detect the faulty parts in the absence of results.
