Since the charging current will be extremely large at the initial stage of constant voltage charging, the excessive charging current will increase the electrolyte concentration in the pores of the active material on the electrode, and the dispersion rate of the electrolyte does not have the condition of the combined rate of concentration polarization and electrochemical polarization. , An extremely high potential trend will occur, and the charging voltage value will be constant at this time, and it will be converted into a charging current.

At the time when the charging current is too large at the initial stage of charging, the positive electrode active material and the negative electrode active material will have very fine and dense crystal particles, which will affect the depth of charging. In addition, the high-current demand high-power charging setting must be completed in the early stage of charging, so the charging current must be limited. What factors are related to the power of the current?

The thickness and porosity of the active material on the positive electrode of the battery. If the porosity of the active material is large and the electrode plate is thin, it is conducive to the dispersion of the electrolyte, and the usefulness of polarization will be reduced.

The current on the plate is average and the resistance is small, so you might as well reduce the cost of charging current.

Depth of discharge. The deeper the discharge depth, the positive electrode active materials and fan active materials will be reduced, and the materials that need to be transformed by charging will increase, so it may be better to improve the ability of charging.
