How to use the full electric hydraulic pallet truck

1. On the ground where the vehicle is parked, check for leakage of hydraulic oil, gear oil, and electrolyte.

2. Check whether the fork is cracked or bent.

3. Check whether the wheels are cracked, damaged or abnormally worn. Check for loose wheel fasteners. Check for ropes wrapped around the wheels.

4. Check whether there are cracks in the left and right front forks and the connecting rod mechanism; whether there is any interference in the movement;

5. Open the rear hood and hood, unscrew the hydraulic oil filler cap, pull out the oil dipstick, and check whether the oil level is between the scales. Add when insufficient.

6. Close the hood, open the battery cover, and check whether the pressure plate is installed firmly. That is, whether the battery is fixed firmly and reliably. Check whether the two-pole terminal wiring is loose or damaged, otherwise it should be adjusted or replaced.

7. Press the lift button to check the lift of the fork. Press the down button, check the lowering of the forks, and check whether there is any abnormal noise in the lifting system.

8. Press down the control handle to the tilted position, use the thumb to gradually press the acceleration control button toward the outside of the body, and observe the forward running of the vehicle; use the thumb to gradually press the acceleration control button toward the inner side of the body, and observe the vehicle’s backward running.

9. The vehicle runs forward or backward at a slow speed, push the control handle forward to the vertical position or press it down to the horizontal position, and observe the braking situation of the vehicle.

10. Turn the operating handle left and right to make the vehicle run three times on the left and right, and check whether the steering system is normal.

11. Press the horn to check the sound.

12. Press the emergency power-off switch to check whether the power supply is cut off immediately.

13. Check for abnormal noise.

2. Drive and operation

start

1. Plug in the battery plug.

2. Turn on the emergency power off switch.

3. Turn on the key switch.

1. Use both hands to push down the joystick to 0°-90°between.

2. Turn the direction and speed control button backwards gradually with the thumb.

3. The vehicle runs backwards.

slow down

1. Slowly release the thumb, the direction and speed control button will automatically return to the position, and the vehicle speed will decrease.

turn to

1. Hold the left and right handles of the joystick with both hands, press down to the inclined position, and move the joystick left and right to realize the steering of the vehicle.

2. When turning left, the vehicle turns left; when turning right, the vehicle turns right.

brake

1. When the thumb leaves the direction speed control button and moves the control handle to the horizontal or vertical position, the vehicle brake is realized.

parking

1. Slow down, that is, gradually loosen the direction and speed control button with the thumb.

2. Return the control handle to the vertical position.

3. Lower the fork to the lowest position.

4. Key switch“OFF”position, press the emergency power-off switch, unplug the battery, take off the key and keep it safe.

loading and unloading

1. Be careful approaching the goods.

2. Adjust the height of the fork so that the fork reaches the inside of the pallet as much as possible.

3. Lift the goods a few centimeters and confirm whether the goods are firm.

4. The vehicle leaves slowly.

5. Lower the goods to a low position.

uninstall

1. Close to the place where the goods are placed.

2. Lift the goods to the correct height.

3. Go forward, put the goods on the unloading position, and then stop.

4. After confirming that the cargo is unloaded directly above, the fork slowly lowers until the fork withdraws from the cargo.

5. Lower the fork to 15 from the ground—20cm position.

park

1. Park the pallet truck at the designated place.

2. Lower the fork to the lowest position.

3. Turn off the key switch and remove the key.

4. If it is parked for a long time, press the emergency power-off switch and unplug the battery.
