Selection of oil for manual trucks

The manual truck is a commonly used small cargo handling tool. The manual truck needs to add oil after it has been used for more than three years. So how to choose this oil, and how to refill it?

1. The selected oil should conform to the type and grade of oil specified in the instruction manual. Different types and brands may be added differently.

2. The supplementary oil should be strictly filtered, and the oil filling to the fuel tank should pass through the specified oil filter. The oil filter should be checked and cleaned frequently, and if it is found damaged, it should be replaced in time.

3. Regularly check the cleanliness of oil. If the cleanliness is lower than the specified level, it should be replaced in time, and the single-machine addition, oil change records and oil inspection records should be carefully filled in.

4. The grade of new oil to be filled into the oil tank should be the same as the grade of the old oil. When it is necessary to add different grades of oil, the old oil should be completely drained and cleaned before adding new oil. Oils must not be mixed.

5. The container for oil should be kept clean, and the inner wall of the container should not be painted.

Manual truck oil filling method:

There is a cylinder on the manual truck. There is a threaded bulkhead near the upper end of the cylinder. Unscrew the bulky head, which is a filling hole, and oil is added from there.

Hydraulic oil plays the role of transmitting pressure, lubricating, cooling and sealing in the system. Improper selection of oil is the main reason for the early failure and durability decline of the system. The oil should be selected according to the grade specified in the 'Instruction Manual'. When a substitute oil is used in special circumstances, the performance should be the same as that of the original grade. Different grades of oil cannot be mixed to prevent chemical reaction and performance change of oil. Dark brown, milky white, odorous oil is deteriorating oil and cannot be used.

Hydraulic oil must be filtered and filled, and the filling tool should be clean and reliable. Do not remove the filter at the filler neck of the fuel tank in order to increase the rate of refueling. Refueling personnel should use clean gloves and overalls to prevent solid and fibrous impurities from falling into the oil.
