To make the ride-on electric lithium pallet truck work normally and reliably, and to give full play to the potential capacity of the pallet truck, frequent maintenance measures must be taken. Technical maintenance measures are generally as follows:

1. Routine maintenance, after each shift.

2. First-level technical maintenance, after accumulative working 100 hours, one shift is equivalent to 2 weeks.

3. Second-level technical maintenance, after accumulative work of 500 hours, one shift is equivalent to one quarter.

1. Daily maintenance of ride-on electric pallet trucks

1. Clean the dirt, mud and dirt on the pallet truck. The key parts are: Fork frame and gantry slideway, generator and starter, battery pole fork, water tank, air filter.

2. Check the fastening of each part, the key points are: fork frame support, lifting chain tension screw, wheel screw, wheel fixing pin, brake, steering gear screw.

3. Check the reliability and flexibility of the steering gear.

4. Check the leakage situation, focusing on: each pipe joint, diesel tank, oil tank, brake pump, lift cylinder, tilt cylinder, water tank, water pump, engine oil pan, torque converter, Transmission, drive axle, final reducer, hydraulic steering gear, steering cylinder.

5. Check the tire pressure: If the tire pressure is insufficient, it should be supplemented to the specified value to confirm that there is no air leakage. Check the tire contact patch and sides for damage, and the rim for deformation.

6. Check the amount of brake fluid and water: check whether the brake fluid is within the scale range, and check whether air is mixed in the brake pipeline. When adding brake fluid, prevent dust and water from mixing. When adding water to the water tank, use clean tap water, and if antifreeze is used, add the same antifreeze. When the water temperature is higher than 70℃, do not open the water tank cover. When opening the cover, put a thin cloth and do not twist the water tank cover with gloves.

7. Check engine oil, hydraulic oil and electrolyte: first pull out the oil dipstick, wipe the dipstick head, insert it and then pull it out to check whether the oil level is between the two scale lines. The oil level in the working oil tank should be between the two scale lines; if there is too little oil, air will be mixed in the pipeline, and too much oil will overflow from the cover. The battery electrolyte should also be between the upper and lower scale lines. If it is insufficient, add distilled water to the top line.

8. Brake pedal, micro pedal, clutch pedal, hand brake inspection: Depress each pedal to check whether there is abnormal sluggishness or jamming. The force of the handbrake handle should be less than 300N to confirm that the handbrake is safe and reliable.

9. Inspection of belts, horns, lights, meters, etc.: Check whether the tightness of the belt meets the regulations. If there is no adjustment allowance or if it is damaged or cracked, it must be replaced; the horns, lights, and meters should be normal and effective.

10. Remove the oil filter sediment.

Second, the professional and technical maintenance of the ride-on electric pallet truck

According to the 'daily maintenance' item, and add the following work.

1. Check the cylinder pressure or vacuum.

2. Check and adjust the valve clearance.

3. Check whether the thermostat works normally.

4. Check whether the multi-way reversing valve, electric pallet lift truck cylinder, tilt cylinder, steering cylinder and gear pump work normally.

5. Check whether the shifting of the transmission is normal.

6. Check and adjust the gap between the brake pads of the hand and foot brakes and the brake drum.

7. Replace the oil in the oil pan, check whether the crankcase ventilation pipe is in good condition, and clean the oil filter and diesel filter element.

8. Check whether the generator and starter motor are installed firmly, and whether the terminals are clean and firm, and check whether the carbon brushes and commutators are worn.

9. Check the tightness of the fan belt.

10. Check whether the wheel is installed firmly, whether the tire pressure meets the requirements, and remove the sundries embedded in the tread.

11. Parts and components are disassembled due to maintenance work, and a pallet truck road test should be carried out after reassembly.

(1) The braking performance at different levels should be free from deviation and meandering. On steep slopes, it can stop reliably after the handbrake is tightened.

(2) Listen to the engine running under the conditions of acceleration, deceleration, heavy load or no load, etc., whether there is any abnormal sound.

(3) After a mileage of road test, check the brake, transmission, front axle housing and gear pump for overheating.

(4) Whether the lifting speed of the fork frame is normal and whether there is any tremor.
